Online Mindfulness for Pain Relief Class is full.
Online classes are 90 minute small group sessions that meet for 8 weeks.
Each session includes instructions on mindfulness techniques, experiential practice with guided meditations, and Q&A. Integrating your newly learned mindfulness techniques into your daily life is weaved throughout the course.
Handouts, audio guided meditations and additional support are also offered.
