Aishin teaches regular meditation classes at the Bay Area Pain and Wellness Center in Los Gatos.
Drop-in classes include instructions on meditation, guided meditation sessions and how to bring what you’ve experienced into your daily life.
Class series are a chance to explore mindfulness techniques in more depth, with an emphasis on understanding how to apply mindfulness strategies to chronic pain. Support for integrating mindfulness in daily life is integrated into each session.
Registration is not required, and is only available for patients of the clinic.
